I've known Andrey since 2013 and since then I've gone through a number of his programs, both as an individual client and as a customer of training for a team. The number of these programs (courses, master classes, trainings, etc.) is more than 10, which allows me to be confident in the quality of the products that Andrey creates.
It is important to me that Andrey, as a coach, coachee and author of his courses, trainings, always puts the person, with his needs and "pain", in the center of attention. And his practical tools are to a large extent aimed at developing skills that help to further work independently with similar problems, to find your triggers behind layers of emotional reactions, to work through them and free yourself from their gravity.
My team, after a number of Andrey's trainings, talked about the value of non-complex tools that are easy to implement in every day practice, but which they were not previously aware of. This is Andrey's talent for finding not only the tools available to change toward the desired goal, but also the easy ones to implement into a person's daily schedule. Andrey is also always generous in sharing additional literature and video links for those who are enthusiastic and ready to study the material further.
I recommend mindfulness practices to everyone who wants to understand their thoughts, emotions, and states in the body, who wants to live more happy moments in their life and suffer less from negative emotions (and understand how they arise).
For me, Andrey combines deep knowledge, wide practical experience and personal empathy.

My name is Olga Andreeva, I am a psychotherapist working with people who have experienced childhood abuse, trauma and violence (CPTSD and PTSD).
After learning the EMDR method and Mindfulness techniques from Andrey, my practice has moved to a whole new level. More clients began to get results, stay in therapy where they were prone to interrupt it before, and heal the deepest wounds, improving their quality of life.
Andrey is one of the best teachers in my considerable experience, giving the material concisely, deeply, lucidly and structurally. There is truly a lot of love and compassion in him, and I never stop learning from him, and improving my practice after his workshops and supervisions.

Over the many years that I have known Andrey, he has managed to establish himself as both a professional trainer and a good psychologist. Andrey is constantly improving his qualifications and helping people who come to him with inquiries.
Around 2017 I took a three-module course at the Adidas Academy under Andrey's guidance. As a trainer, Andrey has a great rapport with the audience. You will not see formally read material - Andrey really deeply understands his professional field and puts out 200% to ensure that the group not only absorbed the theoretical material, but also worked it out in practice. In addition, it should be noted that Andrey's ability to answer the questions from the audience in a detailed and substantive way, providing additional value and helping to analyze in detail the specific cases of students and find a solution. Under Andrey's guidance I was able to systematize my knowledge of nutrition and varied physical activity. Later on it helped me to improve my achievements and get sports degrees.
In addition to the above, Andrey is also engaged in Mindfulness. Using the tools of this approach and meditation you can significantly increase your resistance to stress in our rapidly changing world. Working with Andrey within the framework of these practices helped me to become calmer, to respond more easily to stressful situations and to be in the here-and-now moment.
