Tomer is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with 9 years of experience in the industry and 6 years of deep expertise in the Milwaukee market. Having guided hundreds of investors through their first U.S. property acquisitions, Tomer understands the unique challenges and opportunities that international investors face. Happy Management was born out of a personal need for transparency and reliability - values that were hard to find as an investor himself. Today, Tomer combines his hands-on investment experience with a commitment to clear communication and data-driven decision-making. Beyond property management, Tomer is dedicated to educating new investors from around the world on how to invest strategically in U.S. real estate. His approach focuses on long-term growth, risk mitigation, and building sustainable wealth through smart property management. Erez is a veteran U.S. real estate investor who brings a unique perspective from his background in high-tech project management. His experience taught him that every investment is a personal project for the investor - one that deserves meticulous attention, clear milestones, and measurable results. Understanding that investors expect full value for their investment, Erez built his approach around operational excellence and eliminating the uncertainties that plague property ownership. His mission is simple: transform real estate into true passive income by removing the 'surprises' that drain time, money, and peace of mind. Erez specializes in Section 8 tenant placement and management - a niche that requires expertise, compliance knowledge, and a systematic approach.
